I reside in Coronado, there is supposed to be maintenance of the common areas regarding tree trimming. A tree passes through the Internet cables which prevents the fiber from passing through. After 4 months of request for the pruning of the tree in question. Absolutely no one intervenes. It's as if maintenance was non-existent despite dozens of messages. Whether you contact the association or directly there now of the pruning, nothing happens. It's nothingness. Frankly, for a residence that is supposed to be a little bit luxurious, the roads are rotten and we can't even run fiber internet because there is no service...

Kind of a strange experience. No easy beach access, fairly debris covered. Find your way to Nico’s at Fallaron. Or should I not give away that phenomenal spot?! That said there was a beautiful egret, black sand beaches, and a ridiculously adorable and friendly dog who trotted along.

Lovely quiet beach with volcanic black sand. No one else was here during the week except some walkers and locals crabbing on the rocks. It was low tide so stronger currents.

Closest gated beach community to the city, easy access to everything , has all you need for your daily live, public transport, restaurants ,banks, supermarkets, clinics, doctors, car repair, vets, electronic stores ,rental car, police, fire brigade , pharmacies and so on. Its called the "dry arch area" so a lot less rain then in the caribbean or...

Public access is a long walk between mansions and NO street parking. You have to climb over rocks at most accesspoints. Then when you get to the beach there's nothing to look at except the mansions' high privacy walls. There are 35 beaches between the city and Buenaventure. I'd put...
