Bab-ul-Islam Mosque — Attraction in Tacna

This is indeed a beautiful mosque. Yet, the Pakistanian community there is known for not being friendly. I traveled to Tacna specially to visit the masjid and join them for Friday prayer. So I was very excited and went a little bit early and wanted to know about the Mosque and Muslim community there. The keeper (who actually didn't seem to be Pakistani) acted as if I was a CIA spy; what is he, an idiot?! The rest of the community were not that welcoming and friendly. I heard from the taxi driver and one other person that they are known for not being friendly and not being nice. They apparently made their money out of selling used cars. So, they don't have a good reputation among the general public. It would have been better to have a ugly Mosque and a beautiful community than a beautiful Mosque but an...

I've finally visited this Mosque, if any one trying to defame Islam by saying that is not a welcoming place is a fool, the brothers from Pakistan are very hard warming and welcoming people, we came in The Path of Allah over 25 brothers from Lima along the brothers from France they have a Sheik here from Yemen that was very happy to see us, some bad apples that claim to be Muslim sometimes act, like non Muslims maybe the guardian of the mosque didn't like that person that came for a reason or maybe 🤔 he was a Fed for all we know either way you're more than welcome 🤗 to come to visit the house of Allah don't let the Shaytan scare you or misguide you by tanking negative this is a beautiful Mosque and very beautiful people this is a Mosque not a museum we pray five...
