Gold Apart Hotel Tacna — Hotel in Tacna

Firstly, our taxis driver had a terrible time finding the hotel. The hotel is located on a side street very close to a huge department store. The location was good, a short walk to the main cathedral and main square. We were not expecting a three bedroom apartment so was pleasantly surprised. We arrived early, deposited our luggage and returned after 1 pm to check in. The apartment was ready, clean, bright and spacious, but there were several unusual things wrong: the 1 mirror in the whole apartment was taped on the wall! There was a telephone located behind the fridge! The windows did not lock (we were on the third floor)! It was an apartment but bowls or dish towels were not supplied? There were two bathrooms but only one had hot water. These things didn't affect our two night stay. ||Be aware that there are no elevators. Also, there was traffic noise at night. The staff tried to be helpful. The wifi didn't work but a staff member lent us her cell phone (we paid for time in advance) so we could call our son on his birthday the next day. The space is great, but we had our rusty faucet come off and fill the room with water and we constantly fought to have them keep the hot water on. Pontos Positivos: Wi-fi boa. Ficamos no apto 202. Os funcionários/donos são super atenciosos. Para ter ideia ele pagou um taxista para nos tirar da cidade e nos levar para a rodovia, porque sair da cidade é complicado. Os aptos são mobiliados com muito esmero. A cozinha é super equipada. Nosso apto era para 6 pessoas, divididas em três quartos. Ou seja, muito confortável e com privacidade. Dois banheiros completos. Bom para quem viaja com a familia e/ou amigos. O ponto de referencia para localizá-lo é o PLaza Vea, entre na rua que fica bem em frente, no semáforo. E o estacionamento é fechado. Super recomendado.||Pontos...
