Went here for Firefly watching at around 7:30pm. Just drove from our hotel in Baclayon with a car, they had lots of space for parking. Coming from Tagbilaran, it is just on the left side of the bridge down a little road which can be found by following the big green "Enchanting Fireflies" sign (which can only be seen coming from the other way). The boat takes you along the river and you can see whole trees of fireflies light up. The guide will also give you lots of information about fireflies and answer questions. However, they make everyone clap to light the fireflies...don't know if that is harmful to them or disturbs anything along the river. Be sure to not use any flash on cameras because it can harm or kill them...but the boat handlers also used a large flashlight around the trees to direct the driver.
