Read moreI would give 5* to garden itself but there are few things to consider: To go there, you will need to book a car taxi (you can use apps) for about 500-600 PHP and eventually they will charge you some additional fees (we had to give 90 PHP extra). The driver left me a bad review in the app because we rejected his offer to take us back later and to bring us to few more places on the way for 3000 PHP. Count on that. If you don’t have any transportation booked to return, it will be very hard to find one (or you have to ask people around if they can take you, without being very noticiable). To find transportation with a motorcycle is not hard, they wanted to drive us for about 300 PHP until the entrance to Cebu.
People who are selling things in front of the garden are mainly not nice. When we looked for transportation back, and rejected to use a motorcycle, they started to make fun of us. They were telling in their language to everyone to not take us with them (we asked few taxis, private people and tourist vans). We know they were doing that because one person stopped to us and offered to drive us back (with stop to see Temple of Leah) for 400 PHP and one guy from those who made fun and insisted of motorcycle, came to our driver and started to tell him in ugly tone that he shouldn’t take us, that we should go by motorcycle, etc. Sellers will also go after you asking to buy juices, magnets and whichever items, what makes you feel uncomfortable. I believe that Sirao Garden should work on establishing environment without tourists being molested by not so nice sellers.
Garden itself had people, but it wasn’t fully packed. For example, to take a photo on the famous hand, we waited only some minutes. In other spots, we didn’t even have to wait. It has many nice picturesque spots.
In the toilet it is forbidden to poop 💩, if that means something to someone :)
There is “an original garden” just some minutes away from this one.
I would recommend you this place, if you have your own transportation or if you don’t mind going with motorcycle, and if you are into nice photos. If you are not into photos, you can skip it and focus on something else in...

The first thing that strikes you about Sirao Garden is the sheer variety of flowers on display. It's like a botanical wonderland. As someone who enjoys photography, I couldn't have asked for a better setting. The entire garden is a picturesque spot waiting to be captured. The vibrant hues of the flowers against the lush greenery create a visual feast. I spent hours capturing the breathtaking landscapes and the intricate details of the flowers, and every shot turned out to be a work of art.
The themed gardens within Sirao Garden add a unique charm to the experience. The windmill and Dutch-inspired structures give it the "Little Amsterdam" nickname, and they are just as picturesque as the flowers themselves. It's as if you've stepped into a European fairy tale.
What truly sets Sirao Garden apart is the commitment to maintaining a pristine and serene environment. The well-kept pathways make it easy to explore every nook and cranny of this floral paradise. The clean surroundings and peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal place for relaxation and reflection.
