Visited the place months ago, and i must say, it was quite a. Intriguing experience. The historical significance of the ruins juxtaposed with the crystal-clear waters just 5 meters away- a guess, made for a unique setting. It was a scorching hot day with little to no shades to cover you from the heat of the sun, which makes you apply more sunscreen- haha. So i recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat probably, and staying hydrated.

The highlight of the visit was the opportunity to dive down into the sea. The water was incredibly inviting, and offered a thrilling diving adventure.

However, i have to mention that the lack of any shaded areas on-site was a drawback. It would be great if there was any management to improve the place where we could get some shades to provide relief from the scorching heat

To summarize all of these, this place is of historical interest with fantastic diving opportunities. It's not the most comfortable spot in the sun, so come prepared for the heat. If you're a history enthusiast and an avid diver, it's worth a visit for the unique...

🏛️ Hauntingly Beautiful Stop at The Ruins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆

A fascinating place filled with history, character, and a bit of mystery. The graffiti-covered walls and arched windows give it a post-apocalyptic feel, while the palm trees and blue skies bring a tropical charm.

It’s not a large area, but it’s definitely photo-worthy and a nice quick stop if you're exploring the area. There’s a sense of faded grandeur here that makes you wonder about its past life.

📸 Perfect for sightseeing, photography, or just taking a quiet walk. Wear comfy shoes—it’s a bit rugged in some parts. Overall, a great addition to your itinerary if you're...

Completely free to visit, this spot might not stand out for its ruins alone—though the graffiti adds a gritty, artistic charm—but the real adventure lies in the cliff jumping. The thrill of the leap makes it worth the trip, but timing is everything! Plan your visit during high tide; otherwise, you’re risking more than just a splash—unless broken bones are your idea of fun. While you wait for the tide to roll in, there’s a restaurant conveniently located across the street to fuel up before or after your plunge. Whether you’re a daredevil or just along for the vibes, this place promises a dash of adrenaline with a side of...

A visit to the Ruins in Bantayan Island is like stepping into a postcard. The place offers one of the most panoramic views on the island, and the resemblance to Palawan’s natural beauty is uncanny. The location is fantastic for taking memorable photos, so make sure to bring your camera! I do hope they finish the stairs leading down to the beach soon and allow swimming in the area it would make the experience even more enjoyable. Still, this spot remains one of the top places to visit when you’re in Bantayan, and I highly recommend it!

Visiting The Ruins was a captivating experience. The graffiti art adorning the walls added a unique and vibrant touch to the historical site. To truly appreciate the rich history of The Ruins, I highly recommend hiring a tourist guide—they provide insightful stories and fascinating details that you wouldn't want to miss. The location is fantastic, right beside the blue ocean of Bantayan Island, offering breathtaking views. All in all, The Ruins is a must-visit for its art, history, and stunning seaside setting.
