Very nice apartment, modern, clean and spacious. We loved everything there, sitting on the balcony in the morning and in the evening was such a nice thing. At that time we were there, there was no beach like on the photos. I guess the water was high so the “beach” was under water. I wouldn’t say it was unconvenient rather we were just disappointed a bit. Nevertheless the water was crystal clear, fish was moving around us. ||Sound isolation is not so perfect, we woke up at 5:30 of banging doors and loud speaking rather shouting by the neighbours. We were just unlucky, not the property’s fault.||Staff is available for needs, we were taken to the port by their little “bus”, it was such a help!||Just one advice: since the apartment is out of town, prepare with food and groceries but the staff and the guard can call a tricycle for you. It was our first time in Bantayan🏖️ and our stay here is a unique one compared to just staying in any hotel near the beach shore. It feels like we are exclusively renting that place, far from crowd 👍. It is ideal for big family or group of friends ❤️. You can use for free their billiards 🎱, bike 🚲 and of course kayak 🛶. It is also near The Ruins and Ogtong Cave. So if you are planning to do land tour here, you may arrange with your local tricycle driver to skip these places 😉. Expect also there are locals here to visit by selling their dried fish, freshly catch fish, squid and scallop which prices are relatively lower from the market...
