Dolores Tropicana Resort Extension — Attraction in General Santos

The place is not wide so the advantage is that you can appreciate the whole resort at face. I like the effort they did in the entrance - the lanterns and the lights (at night). The cottages are quite okay for the price. One good thing about the cottage area is that they are shaded by trees. Also what like the most are the instagrammable spots here (not included in the pictures i uploaded but you can check their social media page i think). They also have playground here for kids, swings, seesaw, and monkey bar. But if you are looking for white sand and beautiful crystal water beach, this is not the place. The shore(right after the water) here is trashy, there are a lot of twigs and quite rocky. But if you are looking for place to hangout and chill with your friends this is a place to be. Between the beach and cottages is a wide brown sand beach for people to enjoy with games and stuff. They have a volleyball court and net here. The mgt has a volleyball for rent.

Less equipped with facilities and smaller than the main resort but nonetheless, more comfortably rustic. There's just huts for small and big groups priced from P400 up. Beach is of black sand and nice for swimming during high tide. At low tide, you can do some beachcombing and find some treasures on the shore. Watch out for jellyfish. They sting. They have a lifeguard and emergency kit provisions. Hope they remove the karaokes for rent which can be noisy. #GensanResort...

A huge beach with Partyarea, the cottages are equipped with power for charging phones or using cooking machines. There is a lot of parking space. On weekend it is quite loud because you can use soundsystems and rent Karaoke machines. Swimming is possible the whole night. There is also a kiosk inside but the prices are higher...
