Olivarez Plaza Mall — Attraction in Los Baños

[UPDATED] It has received it's much needed renovation. There's no more cinema; it was just heavily marred by vandals. The place was replaced by a department store and an appliances store. The stalls at the middle floor, however, still need to be filled up.

It's pretty run-down. This mall has lost its "relavance" to the community. 3 reasons why people would still go here: fastfood (pizza hut, Greenwich, Jollibee), mercury drugstore, and the bus - jeepney stop. The place should be re-conceptualized-- just lots of wasted...

The atmosphere of this mall really improved after their renovation. It's brighter and livelier inside. There's a good selection of food establishments on lvl 2 (jollibee, yellow cab, dunkin donuts, max's, etc.) but today we went to the newly opened café--Gloria Jean's. They're a bit pricey but I'd say it's worth it since everything we ordered was tasty.

I'm giving a 4-star rating because the mall is lacking a cinema which I hope...

Place doesn't appear to be well maintained and only offers limited selection of stalls offering cheap phones and RTWs. Comfort room needs improvement. The supermarket (WalterMart) is stocked with improperly handled goods (dented cans) as well as in certain instances, expired goods.

The place is merely a landmark for commuters and gamblers (the mall has a Bingo play area at the basement). Hope this mall undergoes its much...
