Jollibee has always been our go-to food kapag wala kaming cravings. One weekend, we were not able to plan for our lunch kaya umorder kami via online app. The order took the usual routine from preparation hanggang makarating samin. I ordered 6pc Chickenjoy and advised by their cashier to wait for 15 minutes on the latter part of her cashiering spiel. I went out to withdraw for cash, back again before 15 minutes and I ended up waiting for my order in exactly 18 minutes. Kuya guard-on-duty was really helpful, I saw him assisting customers and even offer umbrella to parting customers. Btw, It was raining hard that time when I ordered to this store. This is one of the oldest fast food chains in Los Banos. The food and service have always been good in the numerous times I have been here. However, parking or lack of parking space has been a drawback. After a long while, I visited this place and nothing much has changed.
