Masalunga Beach House — Attraction in San Juan

Overall, my experience at this transient house in front of the beach was disappointing. While the beach itself was beautiful, the accommodation left much to be desired. The room had a persistent unpleasant odor, despite efforts to clean and deodorize it. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was ineffective, leaving the electric fan as the more reliable cooling option. The room was cramped, and the promised WiFi connection was unusable. We stayed there from July 5-6, 2025. One of the very affordable price to stay with! We rented out 2 rooms on the front beach. My advised is just to maintain the room, because the sliding door is very hard to open, heavy and noisy. The AC in the room maybe needs cleaning since it has two double deck twin bed in the room. It can accommodate 8-12pax or family of 3 per bed. That’s why a bit hot during afternoon and having a hard time to make the room cold. Anyhow, utensils and the caretaker is easy to call to.
