Nangaramoan — Attraction in Santa Ana

Dropped by over the holidays, so the place was packed, might as well have been a mall. "Restaurants", "resorts", cottages and kubos were shoulder to shoulder along the eggshell white beach, very popular with big family groups. Still a lovely place, with rock pools and shallow waters for splashing around in at low tide. Saw a lot of kids enjoying themselves, having picked out their own little saltwater "pools". The rock formations are picturesque, and I even spotted a Manong heading back from the rocky outcrops having caught an octopus for lunch. 800p for a cute little double decker bugalow with balcony. Nipa style below fan room above that opens to white sand beach and blue ocean. Good swimming. We just came up the west coast from subic. Best beach yet. Better than boracay. Better than pagudpud (go there for the zip line tho and the other stuff). Just like any other beach cove area dont stop at the first place. Go center and start negotiating prices. Just be honest and ask best price and tell them your going to check them all. Maybe they will be honest back or they loose a customer. As of feb 2016 only one place to eat. Resto...spendy. bring yer own food. No cantinas. Sleepy peaceful...

The sand is pure and golden, the sea water 20 meters from the shore is only good for the kids because it is too shallow. If you want to go deeper and less salter you have to walk a few minutes to reach the deeper part and the waves 😂 but be careful since there's no line warning and no life guards to help you in case of drowning.

Additionally there are lots of tenant offerring rooms and cottages in the place but be vigilant for some are too pricey that is not even enough for their room. Plus the road going to this place is steep and narrow.
