Victory Central Mall Sta. Rosa — Attraction in Santa Rosa

Dear Pag-IBIG Fund Office,

Good day. I would like to formally raise my concern regarding the very slow processing of my Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) application. It has already been almost one month since I applied, but up to now, I have not received any update on the status of my loan.

I personally followed up with your Victory Mall, Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna branch and spoke with Ms. Eya. Unfortunately, I did not receive any clear response or update from her regarding the progress of my application.

As a member, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency in the process. I hope my concern can be given immediate attention, and that I can be provided with the exact status and timeline of my MPL loan.

Location is off the busier areas of Balibago complex. Parking is very limited but commuting to here won’t be a problem as jeepneys go around this area. Commuting from here won’t be a problem as it doubles as a transport terminal. The mall itself is medium-sized and has some store selections usually found in most malls (like places to eat which are quite numerous, and a “167” which is basically a budget department store plus appliance centers and most importantly, tiangges offering most on offer at Target Mall nearby). Very easy to find. Just along the National Hi-way in Balibago. My children love going here especially on weekends. Other malls in Sta Rosa are overcrowded, but this mall is newly built in 2019. They have groceries and lots of restaurants to choose from. I recommend that you try the Jollibee inside this mall. Very fast service and accommodating staff. When you visit the second floor, murals on the walls and ceilings are impressive. They also have a slide for kids that's free of charge....
