Getting to Sugar Beach by motorcycle is an adventure in itself. Upon arrival, there's a motor parking fee of Php 50 (around 1 USD) at the entrance gate, but the access to the beach is free. A short walk through a narrow gate and a 2-3 minute path will lead you to the stunning Sugar Beach.
This kilometer-long beach features sugary brown sand, perfect for relaxation and unwinding after exploring the charming city of Sipalay in Negros Occidental. Lined with coconut trees and surrounded by impressive rock formations, Sugar Beach offers a picturesque setting ideal for your photos.
As we strolled along the beach, we noticed numerous resorts that seemed quite pricey. Interestingly, most tourists here were foreigners, with very few locals or Filipino visitors. The serene atmosphere likely attracts those seeking a peaceful retreat.
Facing west, Sugar Beach provides breathtaking sunsets almost daily. Although we arrived late and had to leave before dark, we were fortunate to witness a beautiful sunset.
Come and visit Sugar Beach in Sipalay for an unforgettable and tranquil beach experience!
