Banat-i Hill — Attraction in Tagbilaran

It wasn't that easy to find the trail that leads up the hill here. Maybe there are other trails leading up and maybe locals know but we didn't! We're staying close by for a few months so we wanted to come on some sunrise and Sunset hikes here. We followed the entrance point on Google maps and then asked around. We kind of stumbled upon a path that looked like it led towards the hill and started heading up and around some houses. Some local kids found us and showed us where to access the start of the trail... And then walked us all the way up!

It's a lovely little hill. We went up on a kind of cloudy evening so just got a little sunset. Would be gorgeous on a clear day. Good views of Panglao, and all around. Unfortunately there was a bit of rubbish at the top... Please pack out any rubbish, and also consider bringing a bag up there to...

Beautiful view , Unfortunately our view was restricted with some cloud ☁️ otherwise it would've been perfect .why people leave rubbish...

Great hike, the location is wrong on Google maps, you'll want to start at the gas station just a little bit further...
