It has a colorful dancing water fountain and a beautiful assembly hall within the plaza. The grounds are well-kept and feature beautiful flora. It is a public space that is managed by the City Government. Located within the plazuela is the City's tourism office. It also has a stage for outdoor activities.

They usually decorate this place during some events like Christmas and Kaisa but aside from that it's just a normal park with some structures for activities, and they used it as a vaccination site so I don't really know...
