Friendly and professional atmosphere with very good quality training. The team was friendly and communicated fluently with my kids in english.

The not so good experience was safety aspect of the adventure. Near the second station where I suppose to pull myself, a part of metal line was frayed and it penetrated through my finger. My son was injured too. This kind of things happen as metal lines wear, but maybe if the customers were provided with gloves or if the ropes were inspected more frequently this not so good experience could have...

Our visit to the zip lines was certainly one of the highlights of our time in Poland. The setting is truly beautiful and the facilities first class. The history and geology of the area was fascinating. The staff were very professional, friendly and patient, particularly with our children. Their competence and clarity in both English and polish gave even those of us with a fear of heights the confidence to participate in this unforgettable experience....
