If you take Google Maps seriously every statue becomes like a tourist destination, every bus stop like a transport hub, things which have nothing really to do become activities.

So I have to say that this is something to be aware of and enjoy while passing. There really is no reason to go up to it in fact it may not always be safe to attempt it as it is in the middle of a busy roundabout.

The aviators are of course very worthy of the monument and can be found on Wikipedia. They were world class pioneers in the dawn of aviation putting the Polish pilot on a par with any other nation.

Worth five stars but don't necessarily go out if your way to see it.
