Positives: A lot to do! Great shows. The dolphin show in particular was great and while it’s hard to tell, it seems the animals are well kept and you can see in some of the staff that directly interact with the animals that they care. Negatives: While many members of staff seem mature and experienced, there were a few left alone on some rides (including higher risk rides) which were very immature in their attitude and clearly couldn’t handle little situations that occurred. We saw a huge failure to assist a member of the public by one such staff members and while assistance eventually arrived, the less experienced staff completely failed to adequately prioritise and deal with the situation. It then happened again later in the day at another area. Very concerning and when I attempted to discuss with the staff they weren’t interested at all. We also saw a disagreement where a member of staff was allowing people with sunglasses and hats use a water ride but then rejected a seemingly nice lady who was wearing her prescription glasses. Seemed to be a lack of consistency in how they apply the rules. Oddly (and prior to the incident i mention) I was allowed to hold and record a water ride on my mobile (which was great) but it seems this is not allowed. Oops. Overall I would not recommend during peak where standards...
