Great place to go and see dolphins, seals, sea lions, some variety of birds, butterflies and fish. Spotlessly clean. The pirate show was brilliant. A few fair grounds rides. Plenty of toilets around the park. A beautiful waterpark where you can go and cool off all within the price . One criticism if you don’t pay for a sun lounger the only place to sit is on the floor (grass) For someone who can’t get off the floor due to disability you have no where to go. There are food courts to eat in or take your food away. Not enough staff serving food . So be prepared to queue. Love the fact that they are trying to educate people to look after our Earth and make the environment a better place and pick up your rubbish. The dolphins show were amazing. Just real sad they are in this show and not in the wild. But the dolphins were originally from Germany where they were in captivity and shipped over. Pity there breeding program didn’t get them back in the wild . But would they survive? The wings of colour which was a bird show was rubbish . To much talking and even though they were talking several different languages so everyone could understand. I hadn’t a clue what was being said. The seal show was brilliant too, educating the different sorts of seal and sea lions and where they can be found in the world. You could go around an aquarium and see sting rays, seahorses, sharks, urchins. I particularly enjoyed the butterflies as so many varieties you can walk around and there is a nursery so you can see them at there different stages of life. There is a small aviary you can also walk around and see some unusual birds. There were turtles also Plenty of car park spaces and free parking. There are discounted prices if you have an Access Card Holder. You can book online. The prices do go up for summer time. My family and I really enjoyed the day and yes we would go back . You could go back the next day for €10 . It wasn’t that busy for Easter so easy to get around.

We purchased tickets online before visiting. We got an Uber so that we arrived as soon as it opened. Tickets were scanned, no problems and straight in, no queue. We took a look at show times, etc, and decided we pretty much wanted to see all of them. From about 10:30, we went from one show to the next. We really enjoyed the dolphin show and the pirate show. The sealion / seal show was also pretty good, and the Upbeat show was really good, albeit wasn't what we were expecting! Between shows, we tried some rides. There are not loads, but perfect for young kids. We also managed to squeeze in the 4d cinema in the early afternoon before we went off and utilised the lockers (wish we had worked these out earlier in day - you pay for the day but you can go in and out of them on a code) and got changed to try some of the water rides, wave pool and kids splash area. We really enjoyed the jurassic rapids, and as there was no queue, we managed to go round extra times. Around the pool areas, there are sun loungers and areas you can hire. It seemed a little expensive to me after you've already paid to get in, but they were very popular. There were also places to eat, and the prices were reasonable. We went to the gift shop on the way out, where you can also see photos if one was taken. The gift shop was OK, but certainly not the best gift shop ever. We went out of season, so not all of the park was open. With that said we were busy the whole day and could have easily spent a few extra hours there - I guess that's why the second day entry is popular (as well as it only being 10 euro for a second day!) According to the signs at the park they are also building more of the park (as well as the bits not open due to the season), so expect it to get bigger in the future. A great place to go, and whilst we debated if we wanted to go initially, I think we were all pleased that we did in the end! (We also slept well that night!)

Hello everyone, Year by year, this place is getting worst. The staff are motivated, but the management have no idea what to do or how to lead them. We need to take 6 donuts, and a lady wanted to pile them all up on plates. Asked if they had a box ?? No management doesn't want any. Prices are expensive, but water is a very good value. If you are going to eat in the Burger place, don't go between 12.00 to 15.00 waiting time around 1.hour and half. Food, is so and so, French fries too dry. Crazy after paying for entry of 150, we also have to pay for the beads, 20 euros.. If you want a cap with a picture for your child, do it early, as around 12.00 o'clock he is already booked for the whole day, and he cannot take any more orders until 19.00, he will tell you he only has 2 hands. Waiting for the rides is very time consuming, most rides 25 minutes wait. Everywhere cigarette buds, all around the sand place Nice wave pool and it was quiet around that area, some parts the music is too loud and only oldies. You will be better off going to a slide park if that's what you wanna Do.. Management is totally without any clue what's going on. Tried to give advise on how the day went and how it could have gone better ... Not interested from their side. I don't like animals in captivity, but that's just me .. If you go enjoy...I want be back..

The dolphin show was awesome but they did start it with a fairly long video that lost the kids attention. Some of the presenters were hard to hear but the show itself was really fun. Best to get here early as, even if you don't want sunbeds or cabanas, you will struggle to even get a grass space for your towel if you get there too late. You can rent umbrellas if you don't want to bring one. Food places get super busy between 12 and 2 (took us nearly an hour to get our order) but the burgers at the captains table were really good quality, even if it took forever to get them. It would be easy to end up spending a lot here but you can bring a picnic so there's always that option. Lockers are easy enough to rent for around €7. You don't have to queue up for the screens, you can just scan QR codes on the locker and then rent it that way. Just look for one with a green light, although sometimes it says they're booked as someone may be booking it on the screens. Rides, slides and the wave pool were all good, clean and well maintained. We didn't go on everything so it's hard to know what all queues were like but we had about a 45 minute wait for the rapids ride. It's cheaper to book online in advance. The shows get pretty busy in the 10 minutes leading up but none of the ones we went to were totally full.

Where do I start....well there's so much to do. It was pretty cheap for the 5 of us (around €117 for 2 adults and 3 kids). We got there at 10.15am and stayed there all day! We saw 4 shows, the dolphins, seals, birds of prey and the pirates. All were amazing to watch. I have 3 kids age 15, 10 and 5 and all 3 had a fantastic time. The rides were really good, short queues for things but that's to be expected. We didn't manage to do the waterpark but looking around, it looks amazing so definitely have to do that next time. Food was good (chips were the only thing cooked in the fryer so were gluten free, I'm coeliac as well as my daughter and didn't have reactions). This place was clean, tidy and definitely worth a visit if you're in Portugal. I drove my husband and kids there from Tavira in about 45 minutes, well sign posted and easy to get to by car.

We had a lovely day at Zoomarine Algarve, Portugal, this place has absolutely everything including a butterfly house, indoor aquarium, south american bird enclosure, pools, more water slides, lazy river, pirate performance show, seal and sea lions education performance, log fume, barrel river ride and we got to see it all. Hardly any queues for any attraction despite the place being very busy. Multiple food options available on site. Had the Zoomarine pizza which was pretty decent for amusement park food. The lockers were nonrefundable just as a heads-up but we found it easier to just do everything in swim costumes and then go back as we needed things. There were a few photographers at the park taking pictures of guests which were available to buy at the exit upon leaving. What an amazing day out!
