Passadiço de Alamal / Ponte de Belver — Attraction in Gavião

I know that place from 20 y ago... We used to park our land rover there and stay alone for even a month... What a great times... Love it... Today very different but great with same view of castle and river. The water is much better too... Had lunch at restaurant... The food was very good... But the staff and at first the owners.... They are in the wrong job.... Arrogant, not taking care of clients... That spot deserves a good food and even better, but people in charge with love and passion about what they are doing and delivery..... But is still a special place to visit at Portugal and one of the bests regarding swimming and spot at tagus river.... 💓 💓 💓 💓 💓...

One of the better river beaches on the river Tejo. Stunning views of the river and Belver castle. There's a new walkway that goes all the way back to the bridge at Belver roughly 3.5km. Located on the beach are toilets for bathers in the summer months. A Cafe and restaurant are also located by the beach with a wide variety of food and snacks. One very special atmosphere that is included in this river side landscape... from the iron old Bridge untill the Alamal River beach... all is calm and full of real nature voice... i love the place. And as one final advise i must say. Please do not try to do this on the hurry... unless you do not desire to loose your time... So came there and give time to the time it needs. Enjoy it and feel free of all...
