The beach is wonderful! We went on a Sunday at 12pm and were able to find parking, though spots were starting to fill up, but when we left at 3pm, the parking lot was packed! We returned at 4pm to pick someone up and we couldn't even drive into the parking lot, it was so full.
There is a snack bar and washrooms, but we didn't check them out, though it looked to be a popular spot.
What we liked about the beach is that there was a pool of tranquil water when the tide was low. It had a lot of little kids playing in it. There is ample parking conveniently located near the beachfront and a restaurant with a nice cocktail menu perfect for a day in the sun.
