I had an excellent time here thanks to Melissa & Helena who served a super bottle of alvarinho vino verde from Monçao & Melgaço. It was excellent value at 6.60€. They had a wide selection of alvarinho wines to try. The tasting space is very comfortable. The installations are well designed modern & well maintained housed in an enchanting, historic building. I will definitely be back to try more wines from here.

Great place to learn more about the big and small wine producers of the vinho verde Alvarinho region. Free digital visit, followed by a free tasting (yes, free!). Explanations were provided to us in a perfect French. It is possible to order some food (e.g. charcuterie, à la carte). It is a good opportunity to buy wine bottles from any of the producers, at...

Lovely museum dedicated to local Alvarinho wines and produce (the goat cheese and cured meats in particular). All local products sold at cost at the museum.

Note that during off-season hours from October-April the museum close at 6pm...
