Castle with such important history, a battle that really changed a lot. The view around is amazing, and it's easy to get there. No extra fee needed. There is a toilet there, which is nice, but could use more maintenance. Most of the castle is newly made, just the wall stayed as it was. I would love if there will be more information on site, or any kind of other ways to present the history of this place.

A wonderful mira douro to stop at on your travels through the area. Not much of a castle, but a well maintained site with great views, benches, a small playground, and clean public bathrooms.

Attention, ce n'est pas um Castelo comme les basiliques ou églises que les gens pensent. Mais cependant, les panneaux mis autour du site raconte l'histoire de l'endroit et c'est très intéressant (pour ceux qui aiment les origines des choses). Et vous avez une superbe vue sur 360 degrés quasiment. Si vous n'avez pas de problème de jambes comme moi, stationnez vous en bas du site et monter les petites ruelles étroite qui ont un certain charme ( pour ma part j'y suis passé en voiture mais c'était jolis à voir également 😋😉).

Mais cependant, les panneaux mis autour du site raconte l'histoire de l'endroit et c'est très intéressant (pour ceux qui aiment les origines des choses). Et vous avez une superbe vue sur 360 degrés quasiment. Si vous n'avez pas de problème de jambes comme moi, stationnez vous en bas du site et monter les petites ruelles étroite qui ont un certain charme ( pour ma part j'y suis passé en voiture mais c'était jolis à voir également 😋😉).
