One of the biggest parks in Ponta Delgada. There are two entrances, on opposite sides of the park. Nice landscape with plenty architecture elements. Unfortunately, there are no benches, just stones along paths. There is a small exercising area with very basic equipment and, for those who deserve a treat, ice-cream place with playground. Wonderful park with walking trails, ducks, chickens and bunnies 🐰 The ducklings are absolutely adorable! It's well maintained, has a tiny "café" and bathroom facilities. This is such a great space to escape the city and relax with trees, bunnies and greenery around you. Like a tiny oasis! Recommend! The locals love to frequent this...

What a great park! Lots of well maintained walking trails that are suitable for all ages. There were more rabbits in the park than I've seen in my entire life. I was surprised at how tame the rabbits were - apparently no fear of predators! The park has a kiosk with a large seating area for refreshments.
