Praia Fluvial do Lago Azul — Attraction in Proença-a-Nova

Weds 6 June. Beautiful location..Very quiet mid week visit. Not crowded. We sunbathed and swam in the reservoir, there is also an enclosed pool and sinbsthing area. The water was very warm. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open although it was advertised as being open on line. So, there was no access to toilets or food and drink. Still...

Nice super huge place. Super hard to park the car. Almost no room to set a towel. The coffee shop is nice either friendly staff but a coffee is expensive when compared to others. Visited but no respond to return. On website stated pet friendly but it is not. Has a ramp and a few...

A beautiful place to go for a swim,picnic,boat trip or simply stop and admire its stunning views.Plenty of parking,with toilets and cafe on site.Gorgeous views of the river.Unspoilt Praia fluvial on the edge of the Zezere.Well...
