This is a great beach! There's a big, shallow lagoon that's perfect for kids. The water in that part is also a little warmer than the ocean. The waves are perfect for beginning surfers. Often there are surf clubs teaching people of all ages how to surf. The final exam is Nazare! ( Just kidding. That would indeed be their final exam if they tried that! ).
