Parque Urbano Quinta das Flores — Attraction in Sintra

Excelent place to live, average prices, while going up right now, and perhaps slightly over rated. Good cafés, shopping near by, good, big and pleasant parks. Served by several highways, on the North and on the South. Perhaps a bit busy in the rush hours as are all neighbourhoods on the suburbs, but with the plus of being close enough to the capital and yet, far away enough to feel out of the busiest downtown. Homes are also very good in size, despite the quality of the fit and finish and interior equipment being somewhat obsolete, but all of which can be easily redone according to one's taste, taking advantage of the overall good base structure. Would recommend this area over a lot of places in the same radius...

Lovely park with many different areas , exercise equipment, and newly refurbished centre park centre offering padel. A cafe , restaurants. small children's play park needing some updating . Near to shops cafes...

Um parque ótimo para trazer a família, trazer o nosso bebé e ajudá-lo a dar os seus primeiros passos ou, simplesmente trazer os cães a passear e deixá-los a brincar com os seus amigos canídeos. É um parque muito bem tratado a nível de manutenção e, até tem uma creche, um parque infantil, um ginásio exterior, um parque de merendas, uma estufa de entrada livre (onde há declamações de poesia), uma horta comunitária, um campo de tênis e claro duas instalações sanitárias. Fica ao lado de um ALDI e um Burger King (atualmente em construção), da escola secundária Stuart Carvalhais, da zona de restauração e vários tipos de comércio e, da zona...
