Great bike trails

This must be the third, maybe the fourth summer when I come here for the bicycle rides ... trails starting at the top of the mountain toward the base. There are three trails, each having a different difficulty level. ...kind of trail/enduro/downhill. The most dificult trail (red I think is its colour and name - the red trail) is getting improved every year. So, best wishes to those who take care of it. I wonder whether these guys are just volunteering bikers or actual workers hired by whoever manages the trails. The easy trail (green) used to be very muddy. I recall this from the previous years, as I did not try it this season. The middle difficulty one (blue?!), which is actually not so difficult, is gorgeous and it is balanced - not too steep, not too flat. It has a big disadvantage though: the finish line is really far from the gondola and the riders have to pedal around 4.5 km's back to the gondola (which would be ok in case of XC bikes, but not at all ok if you have a FR or DH bike).

The price for bikers and their bicycles is 35 RON (7 EUR) for one ascent, but there is also an option for full day subscription with unlimited ascents/journeys (within gondola's working hours) and it costs 100...

Worst ski day ever. Worst ski destination, service bad food. Makes no sense anything. You have to buy 2 different ski cards for the lift. Over half pist was closed with no information about it. Peoble was extremely rude and had no interest in helping or making us the guest feel welcome and enjoyfull. Equipment was awfull and directly dangerous course they dont set weight on skies before i ask. I do not recommend going here ! Go to siniaia instead ! Please improve there is...

It was my first time in Azuga, but it was definitely worth it! The Sorica ski slope is perfect; it's sporty (medium difficulty) and its 2.5-km length makes you feel accomplished at the end. What's more, the cable car is really useful and modern, with only 6 minutes travel time. If you are lucky enough, you can see the entire view on the mountains on top, which is amazing!
