Regina Maria Park — Attraction in Bucharest

I leave in the neighborhood and when I come home I prefere make a longer way but passing through the park... The oldest and beautiful trees are gone in the last two years, no more flowers in time with the season - but still a rest moment to walk here... The pigeons are faithful with this place - even in a greater number, it's still clean and children playing here are...

It used to be far more beautiful. In the middle, where there is a fountain that is out of order for years now, there used to be a huuuuge and beautiful walnut tree, that was cut down in order to create that useless cement sink. Small park, but big enough to have a small basketball court, some fusball tables, ping-pong tables, a decently big and well equiped playground for small children and a very small shop (for water and snacks).
