Burger show ROASTELIER — Restaurant in Bucharest

After my experience there, I can say it's the worst service in Bucharest. Long story short, I asked the waiter to open a window, being on a windows only 1st floor and there was a greenhouse effect already at 10 PM, she opened it without complaint. Then, not even 2 minutes passed, and the barista came upstairs yelling that is airflow, and I should close the window, and why I opened it. I explained nicely that I just asked because it's a greenhouse effect. Then, the barista violently said that he kicks me out. I said that if this is the case, I am leaving already, and he just didn't let me go out the stairs. Only after I threatened that I call the police, he let me go.

I am sorry, but this coffee shop...

I ate yesterday there the food was good only i paid twice.I paid by card but their magnetic card reader did'nt give any figure that i paid already so i paid by cash.But when i check my homebank it appears there i paid and it was deducted already from my account So i went there to refund my money because i paid twice but still they insist that it was'nt paid.I was so very dissapointed to this!Lesson learned if possible pay by cash to this shop.My last option is to take a full details of my bank transaction of that day to...

Dissapointing experience. Actually, there are two retailers into one location with totally different schedules: Roastelier coffee shop opening at 8AM and, a second one called Burger Show for food, opening at 10am. Staff does not speak romanian or english fluently and the coffee guy is rude. We went in for breakfast around 8:30am, had just coffee and left. They need to update their Google info and sincronize their schedules and advertising as one, otherwise is very confusing. And this is NOT French...
