I was for the first time to the aqua park. And i will never go there. I'm not recomand thhis location.Appocaliptic crowd in the water slides area. Only for families with kids if you need to exercise your children...Unclean water in all basins, thermal or not. Better experience at the Oltul Hotel pool although not enough umbrellas, you need to move all around to find some shadow.I have never ever been this disappointed of a place in my life. We paid 30 Ron each for 2 extremely crowded (this was on a Monday) children pools that are supposed to have hydromassage that doesn't even work. The place has decent anti-covid measures, but once you're inside the place is dirty and the water is disgusting to say the least. I should also mention that the water slides are mostly closed and if they work they are absolutely full of people. Probably the worst money I've ever spent.Visited this complex today and was totally disgusted in the poor hygiene this includes the water quality which is absolutely full of bacteria and it amazes me how people can go To this place, people need telling that this is an absolute cesspit only interested in taking the money. An awful experience. We tried to go there on a national holiday, and the place was just packed, to the point there was no place to walk, without hitting or rubbing someone. Don't even think about private lockers, or lounge chairs. When we purchased the tickets, we were indeed told that is was busy, but I could have not imagined the apocalyptic level of "busy" . There was no place to put your things, there was no place to walk and no place left in the water. As sweat waves surged on my forehead (from the lack of good ventilation), I quickly decided to leave, as it was unacceptable for us. Even though I just stayed there for only 5 minutes, the personnel was very rude and initially refused to give me a refund. After some discussions, they finally agreed to a partial refund. I n other words, it is the best example for a former communist hotel that now pretends to be on the capitalist side, where all that matters is to sell as many tickets and get as much income as possible for minimum in exchange.
I've been there once before, in the winter (normal day) and it was acceptable at that time, but surely this was not the case anymore. For 30/35 lei you get dirty water, dirty floors, uncleaned pools, low quality sunbeds, broken sun umbrellas..i don't understand how people can go there. The only plus: the pools are surveyed by lifeguards. We have just gotten here and I rushed to the phone to say that everything here is dissapointing! Everything is old and rusty, the water is greenish and it doesn't feel as if they keep in mind any Covid restrictions.A small and very crowded place, the main pools were closed, filthy water. Total rip-off, don't even come close to it!I went to the indoor pool with slides and it was a terrible experience. The water wasn't clean at all, it felt like it hadn't been changed in days and had a strong smell of chlorine that stuck in your nose. The slides were in bad shape: chipped edges, chipped paint and quite slippery, making every descent more of a survival theory than fun. The crowding was unbearable – you didn't even have room to move and the waiting time for each slide was interminable. The staff seemed totally unconcerned, rather walking around without intervening in any situation. And the changing rooms... a nightmare. There were not enough seats, the floor was wet and dirty, and some booths were broken. Bottom line, it's clearly not worth the time or money.Horrible! 10 lei parking for what? Isn't it enough that I pay the ticket and it doesn't include anything for you? Besides the fact that you can't even find a place to leave your car safely without getting hit!Dirty water, it wasn't hot at all and very expensive prices, plus if you enter and can't find a parking space and get out, they take your money all day, I absolutely do not...

Aici nu-i cazul, fiindcă extrem de mulți dau in mintea copiilor. Aquapark-ul in sine mi-a plăcut.
