I loved this place. The water in the pools is warm and hot, not to mention that it is thermal water. According to doctors, thermal water can be both used internally (diseases of the digestive tract, stomach, small and large intestins urinary tract, gallbladder, metabolic and endocrine disorders, etc.) and externally, by bathing. After bathing in these pools (15-20 minutes in, 30 min out), people who suffer from rheumatic, chronic and degenerative diseases, post-traumatic diseases, hips and knees prostheses, operated cervical and lumbar disc herniation, diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, paresis, paralysis, neuritis, polyneuritis, circulatory system, arteritis, etc. see great results in movement and tone. It is a great way to spend your time, with your family, because there are also slides for the kids, pools for the small ones, pools with water of 34-36 degrees Celsius, a volleyball court, professional massage therapists and lots of showers to wash of after sunbathing. The program of the resort is from 08:00 to 19:00 and if you want to exist the resort for lunch, you will have to pay another ticket. Do not worry, there is also a cafeteria and lots of sweet shops where you can buy pastry...
Read moreI made a stop for a few hours here on a tour through the country, after reading that it is the most modern aquatic complex in the western part of the country. If this place is the top spot, the best of the best, I feel sorry for the rest of the places it’s compared with. Disappointing, I felt like we went back in time. Starting with the fact that I paid 60 lei/person and that to exit and re-enter on the same day, you have to buy the ticket again (I had forgotten my slippers in the car...), continuing with the fact that the sunbeds are insufficient for days with heavy traffic (I came on a public holiday, St. Mary's Day, and 37 degrees), too few sun umbrellas, and almost every shaded corner already occupied, going further with the unarranged green space, the long queues at the terraces with a communist vibe, the impossibility of finding a free table, the unfriendly staff and ending with deteriorated facilities. Though, it is a very popular place for the locals, many older people still enjoy this place, but for it to be a regional attraction, especially for young people, it needs many, many changes. For our family it was a waste of...
Read moreThis place is a medium kind of water park, not too fancy the food could be much-much cheaper for what it's offering. For this price you can eat a good dish at a good restaurant in Oradea. The shezlongs are free that's a positive thing and I also found some cakes at good price. There are many shops inside with souvenirs and water accessories, if you forgot something at home... There are 2 kid pools but there are a little cold, 2 pools with water attractions, bubble/water massage, water cannon and waterfalls.
In last days I visited all 3 "aquapark" in and around Oradea and this one had the absolut best non slip floor all round. In Nimpheae was slippery bad but, in Silver aquapark was the worst, the floors there were in very bad condition and extremely slippery. Finally just because of this safety feature I changed my mind to give this place 4 stars,...
