Saffori Land — Attraction in Al Rabwah District

Not recommended. Better go to Sparky's.

Reasons:

🚩 SAFETY - see for yourself. Teens horsing around and entering MyTown kids area because of the practically non existent fence.

The pay less and get more money on your card is a scam. They asked me to go to the trampoline first and then another specific ride in order to avail the "get more" part. OK but my kid doesn't want to play on the trampoline. Got the same amount on my card then. Sparky's (and any other amusement park I have been to) give you extra amount with no strings attached.

You have to buy our socks with cash/credit card. OK, but I have socks with me, much better quality. Sorry, they are not ours so you can't use them.

Ok with that also, but the parents were going to the play area with their shoes on, or with no shoes and socks. So all the buy socks is a gimmick to rip you off. Greed mixed with stupidity.

No safety at the "guarded" playground. No control over who is going in. If you wear an abaya, you are welcomed to enter to the playground with slides with no one inquiring about your kids. No check. No wristband system or any system at all that makes sure that only guardians get in. The staff at the gate are more concerned with you buying their socks.

No regular scheduled maintenance. Which results in inscheduled maintenance during peak hours or you...

One of the WORST places to take your children especially if you are an expat. The ladies working on entrance duty are rude and clearly tell you that you that they don't need your business.

This review is for the two ladies working at the play area. I went to pay for two kids for 69 Riyals each when I was told to get pay for socks. Until then it was ok, when I went to the socks line I was told to go to the end which I did not accept as their was no signs or instructions.

Anyways after getting the socks the lady asks me to fill things in Arabic and shouts instructions in Arabic. Aggressively grabs the kids hands to put on the bands.

All this time I'm thinking why should I be spending money over here to get served in such a bad manner.

I recently visited Zootopia in Dammam and was astonished with their customer service.

This is the last time, I or anyone of my family and friends are going to be coming here.

I recently visited Saffori Land at Othaim mall in Riyadh, Eastern Ring road with my friends. We had a great time!

The amusement park is clean, well-maintained, and has a variety of rides and attractions for all ages. The kids especially loved the bumper cars. We also enjoyed the arcade games. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable.

Overall, we had a very positive experience at Saffori Land and would definitely recommend it to others.
