I just want to share my frustration and annoyance as to what happened to us last nught at this restaurant . This has been one of our fave restos. Been coming here always . A repeat customer you could say but last night is a disaster . I ordered for a lamb shank and after a few minutes they said its not available . So i changed it to bbq brisket plate, but to my utter dismay , other customers surrounding our table who all came after us , all had their food and meal served except us . I've been to the salad bar a couple of times already and getting full with all those greens but still my order did not arrived. I called and got the attention of one of the waiters and when he came to our table and when i asked him where my order is he casually said that according to the kitchen its not available and just to order another .Again !!!! I've been waiting for almost an hour now and this has been happening . No one even bothered to update us about our orders . There are lots of staffs in the restaurant running like headless chicken with not that much customers and here we are being kept waiting and waiting without even bothering to update us about our food . To be honest i was really pissed off and angry and hungry all at the same time last night . I vented my exasperatiin to the supervisor and asked for the bill of the salad so we can just leave the restaurant and go look for another restaurant . He tried to make it up by not letting us pay for the salad . But still their customer service last night sucks and i dont think we will visit this resto again nor recommend this to...

Read moreThe most ridiculous thing I ever heard is when I ordered a salad & soup buffet "which I always order" and my mom only wanted a cappuccino.The manager who took my order told me that no one can eat from your plate!! I don't know how he had the audacity to continue arguing with me stating that it's the company new policy to control who's eating from a costumer plate. He said it's written on the menu and I said there's nothing about (no sharing) anywhere!! then he brought the english menu, I don't know maybe he thought I wouldn't be able to read in English?? I asked for a manager and he said he's the manager and I asked for a Saudi employee as this is disrespectful too control how and who your costumer share her food with!! unfortunately he said we don't have any Saudi in the entire company and if you want to write a bad review go and write it I'm just following the policy!!
