It is the worst branch of the Piatto chain of restaurants in the Kingdom Very bad experience inside this branch in Riyadh Bad food quality Probably the worst lamb shank I've ever eaten I ate this afternoon a very undercooked lamb shank despite my reminders to claim the good cooking the attitude of the staff is odious!!! As a result, my stomach hurts too much, tomorrow morning a complaint will be filed with the competent authorities. I ate with two other people who received the same well-cooked dish as me!!! according to several testimonies, apparently we don't really like customers with (Arab) heads in this restaurant!!! Although I have been a client of Piatto restaurants in the Kingdom for more than ten years I have never seen such a bad branch In terms of the quality of the food and the treatment of the branch staff on the attached pic it is the result of cooking a second time after my complaint and without a word of apology, we can clearly see the meat of the lamb is still red it's almost 3am and I still have a stomach ache, the competent authorities of the kingdom will certainly do their job to avoid further food poisoning or unfavorable treatment towards these citizens I don't think I will visit this branch later or others...

I asked two waiters for a cup of ice, but unfortunately, both either ignored my request or forgot about it. I am certain, however, that one of them deliberately chose to ignore me. Later on, I approached Mr. Sanjeep, who responded with utmost professionalism and brought me the ice with a warm smile. He even suggested a special offer which I found very appealing. I truly appreciate his excellent service and courteous attitude.

Regarding the service, I am very pleased thanks to Mr. Sanjeep’s kindness and professionalism. As for the food, it was acceptable—not extraordinary, but satisfactory. However, I find it unreasonable to charge 19 SAR for a small bottle of water that barely serves two people. This price is, frankly, exaggerated. I would recommend offering two types of bottled water: an economical option, and a premium option for those who prefer to pay extra. Regardless of the price, in the end, it is simply water.
