A Frustrating & Deceptive Experience - Avoid With Family

BLVD World's concept is promising, but the execution is a masterclass in customer frustration and deceptive pricing. The experience begins with a catastrophic parking design. The exit lane blocks the entrance, causing 30+ minute traffic jams just to start a confusing 4km loop to the gates. This operational failure sets the tone for the entire visit.

The ticketing process is a blatant bait-and-switch. The advertised 30 SAR "Standard Entry" is perpetually "sold out," forcing you to buy a minimum 65 SAR "Experience" ticket for basic entry. This "experience" is often a mere 10-minute activity, with most rides costing extra. On top of this you pay 30 SAR at exit barrier that you didn’t know. The most dishonest practice concerns children. They openly advertise "children under 5 are free," but on-site, staff insist this only applies to children under 2, forcing upset parents to buy last-minute, full-priced tickets. This is a predatory and misleading policy designed to trap families.

Furthermore, the app only allows a maximum of 5 tickets per purchase, demanding a "premium subscription" for more—an absurd requirement for a family attraction.
