Boulevard Runway in Riyadh is a newly established tourist attraction, offering a fantastic experience for holiday picnics with family, friends, and children, It provides visitors with the opportunity to enjoy a unique and fresh experience every age group member.
Inside Boulevard Runway, some remarkable features have been created for the convenience of visitors. Three old Boeing 777 aircraft from Saudi Airlines, which were previously parked at Jeddah Airport, have been relocated Riyadh, renovated, and transformed into a restaurant, fun house zone, and Dade zone, skywar zone. This innovative concept offers an extraordinary and enjoyable experience for visitors, making it truly one of a kind.
There are plenty of activities available to keep people entertained, and I personally had a great time exploring and experiencing new things. However, I must point out that, apart from the zone entry fee, the charges for most activities are quite high. For example:
Dade Zone: 45 SAR for just 15 minutes
Fun House: 45 SAR for 20 minutes
10/10 Burger: 50 SAR
Restaurants: 150–200 SAR
I believe these prices should be reduced to make the experience more appealing to visitors. Lower prices could increase interest and encourage people to return. In my opinion, the high charges might discourage repeat visits, so I think the organization should consider revising their pricing strategy.
This was my personal opinion and experience, which I wanted to...
Read moreI was so excited to visit this unique attraction, the idea of putting a retired passenger's Boeing for public entertainment is nice in principle however the hard reality it is never practical for large crowd, I had to wait over 90 minutes to get to the war zone experience plane, the debriefing for the mission was interesting but everything went downhill from there on, poor communication, tickets sales without advice regarding age appropriateness, bought four tickets for fun plane but it is only for kids up to 6 years!! Other planes were prebooked, All restaurants tickets were sold out I ordered food from a till and sat out in the cold, everything is expensive, they charge for non lit unnumbered car park, if you want to live a few hours feeling like a walking ATM and feel miserable then go ahead, otherwise its better to watch a horror movie with passengers plane hijacked by terrorists than having to pay for the actors of this poorly directed project.what a shame coz staff were really welcoming and friendly, suggest to management to be less greedy and give people an arrival and departure time like a true airport to avoid huge...
Read moreVisited Boulevard Runway yesterday. The final parking location & directions are not correct on Google Maps. You need to stay on Prince Turki Bin Abdul Aziz Road till the time you see a sign board indicating to turn right, which will lead you to parking. The welcome by the staff at the gate was amazing. Skywar was a pretty good activity, especially for teenagers. You can buy it's tickets through Webook or pay at the spot to enter. SAR 45 per head. Numerous activities were there for kids. Height and weight limitation were there. Kids older than 10 would typically be eligible for most of the activities. You need to pay for each activity at the ticket booth, each costing from SAR 40-80. So it was pretty expensive. Only 2 restaurants are there, um hussain and 10/10 burgers. You can book entry to these through Webook. 10/10 burgers is located in a tower similar in shape to the ATC tower at airports. The view from the top is stunning. But I would grade the food at the restaurant to be disappointing and expensive.
Overall a good...
