DOOS KARTING | دووس كارتينج — Attraction in Municipality of Al Shamal

Pre booked online for a 4 PM 30Dec Race and fully paid 1500sr .. Arrived 3:30 PM as per their rules .. waited till 5:00 PM without anyone serving us .. the cashier called me on the phone 4:30 asking me to wait for another hour because she is late and the rest of their team can’t do anything to initiate the race and she lied why we are late ( she said the system is not working which is a lie) .. asked them for a refund because I had to leave at 5 and they gave me an offline phone number who doesn’t respond to phone calls or WhatsApp

Till today nothing happened and I think I got scammed by this place and I won’t have my money back

So be careful.. unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest.

For 250sr per person you would at least expect a decent customer support and communication.

Update : After I post on instagram they suddenly responded to WhatsApp but they stalled to pay me back for a whole month after taking my bank account and everything the finance dep needs .. after exactly one month they stopped answering my messages and the number is offline since the incident.

so I filed a complaint to the ministry of commerce then sent the a screenshot of it .. no response but i got my money back in less than 48hrs

so yeah they are totally...

The most organized and helpful staff I've met in any establishment. Energized and pleasing even when the work is a lot. The place has a minimalistic vibe to it from the oil drum chairs to the sinks the look like it. The circuit is indoors but the karts are emissions free due to it being electric. They would decrease your speed drastically for a red flag, and the race laws are strictly implemented (no stopping, no crashing, no overtaking, etc.) There is a clinic on site for emergencies and they helped my wife with her hyperventilating problem (claustrophobic, and the heat didn't help a lot, with this being Riyadh in August and all.)

All in all, I give this place 10/5 stars (ten out of five) in everything, and 20/5 for professional and...

This could have been a really good experience but nothing is perfect i guess!

It all started when we struggled with the registration which resulted in a 15 minutes delay to our session. A single race consists of around 5 laps if you are fast, but for us we got slowed down ( sudden stops and slow downs for no reason, not sure if it was intentional or a glitch in the karts system) almost in all the laps which killed the enjoyment to be honest.

On the plus side, the karts are averagely fast and the track is great with a enough space to speed up and drift, corners are satisfying when cut and speed up across the apex.

Conclusion, won't try karting at least in this branch. Honestly its not worth it when it comes to...
