AlBaik — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

Dear Albaik Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to one of your branches. We initially ordered spicy chicken broasted, but were informed by the staff that it was unavailable. As an alternative, we chose chicken nuggets, which unfortunately were of poor quality — they tasted stale and seemed like they had been cooked a long time ago and kept under a warmer. The fries were also dry and unappetizing.

Additionally, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The employees were not welcoming; instead of greeting us or being helpful, they were rude and inattentive. This left us with an overall negative impression of the visit.

What is more concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. We’ve noticed a similar lack of service and quality across multiple Albaik locations recently. This suggests a growing issue that needs to be...

I visited last Friday this was my first visit there, I like this place it's close to sport boluvard.when you visit for sport boluvard after all visiting you will get food restaurant options like AlBaik is one of them.I like their pizaa.my kid love bbq pizza so I ordered for her.we tried new desert snack like you can see in picture.small restaurant I think this place is only for take away.you will get snacks items like burgers,pizza,cold drinks,sweet items like muffin etc.small but helpful restaurant.there is space for parking and wheelchair parking options also there.I clicked in my videos so you will get ideas how it's look.staff is good co -operative. I had a great experience with the food. I ordered the regular Big Baik with cheese, and it was quite special, the chicken was incredibly flavorful. However, I felt the bread could be thinner to allow the full taste to shine through. I also tried the Jumbo Shrimp Meal (10 pieces), and the shrimp was fresh and well-prepared.
