We initially came to this place during our Saudi visit at 6 pm, it was nice. We came back on a weekday- Wednesday- at 2:30 PM and the place only had two employees working! Most of the rides were not working, nor did they have enough staff to support any if they were. It was very frustrating because the kids wanted to go on the rides they enjoyed the first time, but ALL were closed but one! I asked the staff and they said during the day the only have two people to support all the rides- obviously not enough! I hope they can change this to accommodate for visitors and locals escaping the outside heat and coming in for fun...

BEWARE THE SNOW TRAVEL RIDE, the employee stops female kids from playing and waives male kids, a 92 cm kid was not allowed after explaini g to the office manager he let her ride, bit we mist wait in line againand waste another 12 minutes waiting in line. The rules are miseading, safety and fire dept. says the kid must be 110cm but my kod was 92cm and was seated. The management is a waste of time. Twoce i had to...

I had a very bad experience with this Sparky at 5.15pm.. the lady on the counter isn't ready to accept the voucher of Mcdonalds and making lemme excuses that your card is old and you have to pay 7SAr in cash not even by mada card to use voucher... However, these types of info wasn't mentioned on the voucher...Mangement should have to check why this lady is charging a cash without providing...
