Paul Café at Nakheel Mall is truly an exceptional spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience. The location is fantastic, with an inviting ambiance and a beautifully designed sitting area that enhances the overall experience.

The food menu offers a wide variety of options to suit every palate. My wife and I tried the Linguine Bolognese and the Chicken Club Sandwich, and I must say both dishes were absolutely top-notch – flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked.

What truly elevated the experience was the outstanding service. While great food and ambience are key, the service at Paul Café takes it to the next level. Our server, Jenny Q, was superb, attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, helping us choose the best options and paying close attention to every detail. Jenny, thank you for making our day extra special!

Whenever I’m looking for a cozy spot to unwind after a long walk at Al Nakheel Mall, Paul is my go-to restaurant. The ambience is warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a hearty meal. Their menu has a delicious variety of meat, chicken, and seafood dishes, alongside fresh salads, sandwiches, and pasta. I can’t resist starting with the complementary fresh breadbasket with butter and olive spread. One of my favorites is their lentil soup, especially with a generous squeeze of lemon juice—it’s comforting and well-seasoned, absolutely delightful. The smoked salmon sandwich is another favorite of mine, it features velvety smoked salmon layered generously with crisp onions and creamy cheese on toasted bread, creating a perfect blend of textures and tastes. Recently, I discovered their new shrimp burrata pasta, and it quickly became a highlight on their menu. While service is generally swift and attentive, I have noticed some delays during busier times. We've got a waitress named Khoulo or similar name.

Just from the beginning, she had a very bad attitude, not interested at all, not paying attention, not in the mood. Whenever we asked her about different dishes, she didn't understand or she didn't answer.

When our order arrived, one of the dishes was wrong about pouches eggs, it came with a just an fried egg.

When we called her to complaint about it, she didn't even come, a different guy came and very kind he took the order back to change it.

Every single employee were very kind and professional, except this lady, that her attitude was absolutely disgusting!

We complained about her with another employee named Jenny Q., absolutely kind and nice, she apologised offering us an extra coffee.

We've been many times in this Paul, but this is the 1st time we've found this kind of rude and careless employee!
