SuperPark Riyadh | Hayat Mall — Attraction in Municipality of Olaya

The star is for the exiting process when time is over. Both my kids were dismissed after finishing their time without calling me or making sure to hand them to me, I wasn’t even been double checked if I was really the parent (unlike Joy Zone who hand-stamps the parent and kids with the same code to make sure the parent/gardian actually collected them). Safety is prioritized over fun/facilities and if a parent was shopping at the mall when their kids’s time was up, they might get lost (god forbids). Also, when the supervisor was confronted of the incident she said the staff member must have thought they were accompanied with a nanny she saw next to them, though I did not bring a nanny, another staff member at the cash claimed that exit time was stated on the receipt and parents are expected to be there!

للاسف من الاماكن المزعجه لاكثر الاهالي والامهات بسبب الاغاني والموسيقى فوق راسك ماتستطيع الانتباه بسهوله على الاطفال ومتابعتهم ، مره دخلنا وكان هادي ، شوي ويفتحون باعلى الصوت الموسيقى . حتى العاملات المرافقات مع الاطفال للاسف تجد بعضهم عين ع الطفل وعين على جوالها ، احيانا يبعد الطفل ومع صخب هالموسيقى تناديه ولايسمعها !! ياعالم متى تفهمون الاطفال حضروا للعب وليس لمسرح غنائي ولا سينما . عدم الازعاج يهم الكل بالدرجة الاولى للانتباه للاطفال والتركيز معهم ومناداتهم والتحدث معهم . واطالة المكوث يحتاج الى هدوء . ويكفي اصوات الالعاب والاطفال . حتى الموظفات اذا احتجت لهم تتكلم معهم بصوت عالي كأنك تصارخ !! ليسمعون . ولا يستطيعون توجيه الاطفال بيسر بسبب هالازعاج .

الصخب يزعج الاطفال والاعصاب ، يلعبون وهم متوترين . ويعودون للبيت وهم مرهقين من زن هالاصوات .

ومن الملاحظات : المكان يحتاج جدا الى تهويه ، لان الرائحه غير جيده . ويجب ان لايكون بمعطر خانق ، لتحسس الاطفال منه . ويحتاج الى مراجعة الاسعار . وزيادة عدد المراقبين خاصه عند الخروج . وزيادة الكراسي عند بعض الالعاب .
