Walked past the hostess who was clearing a table and sat myself down at the next table then waited 10 minutes before approaching the barista about getting service. My friend arrived just before my smoothie arrived and placed her drink order. We waited a long while before my friend called a waiter over who was passing by. We then placed our orders and were presented with the bill. I asked where our food was and was told it was coming. I asked if we could at least get our food first before we pay. The food came in take out packaging. My friend ate hers but I asked for a plate. I recently visited Paul Hayat mall with my two kids, and unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. We sat outside, and there were no waiters in sight. Every time we needed something, I had to go inside and look for a waiter, which was not convenient at all, especially with small children, it was hard to find staff, and they weren’t particularly friendly.

It took an unusually long time just to bring out a cake, which was right in front of us. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, the staff didn’t take any action to improve the service. Overall, I hope they work on improving their customer service and ensuring that waiters are...

Although the place is a bit overrated, they do have an amazing olive spread and bread that comes down before you get served. It's a great appetizer that isn't to filling. Their Caesar salad is my go-to order, the lettuce is fresh, the chicken is moist and it's not drenched in sauce.

A lot of the times, they're out of a good portion of their pastries selection. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing but I really wish they'd have more baked goods cause I hate having to settle for whatever they have left.
