I bought three perfumes from Deraah, and the shopkeeper rushed me into the purchase, assuring me I could exchange it within 7 days if I didn’t like it. When I came back to exchange, they refused, saying the outer plastic was opened a condition they never mentioned and make me understand before I buy. Now I’m stuck with a perfume I don’t like and basically have to throw it away. This is misleading, unacceptable, and shows very poor customer service. Definitely not...
