Wheels Bikes Shop (Trek) — Attraction in Riyadh Region

I wanted to share my experience with bike repair services in Riyadh, even though this happened back in 2022, because I think it’s important for others to know.

When I had a flat tire due to a torn pin, the first service shop I visited didn’t just replace the pin and inflate the tire—instead, they insisted on changing the entire tube, which cost me 158 SAR. Looking back, it felt like they were more interested in making money than actually helping.

Later, I faced the same issue again and decided to try Specialized Bike Services at King Abdullah Rd (Othman Bin Afan intersection). To my surprise, the team there fixed the problem for free, showing real professionalism and care for their customers. I believe it’s important to highlight both good and bad experiences. While some places may try to upsell unnecessary repairs, others like Specialized Bike Services truly put the customer first. I hope this helps others make better choices when looking for bike...

They lack the basic equipment for maintenance and when you ask for a specific item the will tell you they have it but will give you something else I prefer the sulimaniyah branch over this one at least there are Philippino people that can really understand you properly and they will inform you if the items that your looking for are there or not, point is I hope I dont visit this branch anymore hope that they hire some Philippino to help out customers in this...

اقسم بالله اللي يديرون المحل والقائمين عليه سيئين جداً سيء جدا فوق ماتتصور نصيحه خلي هذا المحل اخر خيار لك ولا تخلي سيكلك عندهم وتمشي تجربتي 🚨

اخوي الصغير راح وعطاهم سيكل وعطوه فاتوره بدون رقم وقالوا له رح وبنتواصل معك كيف تعطيني فاتوره بدون رقم تواصل ؟ وانا كل يوم انتظر مكالمه منهم مادقوا علي وادور بالفاتوره مافيها رقم تواصل !!!!!

الحمدلله ان قوقل ماب عندهم ميزه رقم الجوال وعرفت رقم جوالهم واتصلت عليهم

الموظف يقولي اذا السيكل جلس عندنا وكان جاهز وما استلمته رح يزيد عليك ١٠ ريال يومياً

طيب السيكل عندك جاهز ليش ما اتصلت علي !!!!!!!! السيكل جاهز عندك ليش ما تتصلون على الناس ؟؟

ولا تحسبون فلوسنا محصلينها بالارض عطلتونا وعطلتوا عيالنا واطفالنا واحنا ننتظر منكم ان السيكل جاهز

وكل واحد يرمي غلطته على الموظف الثاني والموظف الثاني بكل برود يقول انا دقيت على كل الارقام انت مارديت انا شدخلني؟ كيف شدخلك؟ هذي امانة هذي امااااااااانه !!!!!!!! ارسل رساله واتساب افضل من الاتصال بكثير وتكون رساله جاهزة اهلا فلان سيكلك جاهز

اما اتصال ومره وحده بس ممكن الشخص نايم ممكن شخص تعبان ممكن بالعمل يعني لو ماندور وراء حلالنا كان ممكن السيكل يطير علي

عموما تجربه سيئة جداً وحطيت نجمه بس عشان اذكر تجربتي ولا هم حتى النجمه مايستاهلونها في محلات وخيارات افضل بكثير
