Aqua Park Raj — Attraction in Vrnjacka Banja Municipality

Beautiful aqua park with entertainment for all ages. Blue slide had 40 minutes wait on a super busy hot weekend. Would be good to have information on current waiting times for rides, so you can decide if you want to be stuck for so long because once you come up with the ring it's impossible to go down from the crowd if you want to give up. Two things that need improvement: Aqua park food point is only one which has only 2 cashier's and just 1 collection point. Staff is calling out ready order numbers by shouting, which is useless because there are super loud music speakers just above their heads so barely anyone can hear+they are shouting on top of their voices all day long, every day - super damaging to their vocal cords and unsafe, felt really sorry for poor people working there. Considering that Aqua park is high tech (electric chargers, QR code bracelets), owner should invest in food orders alerting system - hand out buzzers that vibrate once the order is ready, so person comes to collect the order and returns the buzzer. Also food prep point is understaffed, poor kids overwhelmed with number of orders in sweltering heat over 40°C. This Aqua park needs one more food point as the staff are overworked, food orders take time and queues are neverending. Very bad experience and felt truly sorry for the staff doing their best in conditions they're given.

Visited on Thursday 8/4. The price is discounted 30% but apperently I didn’t read far enough to know that all the slides are still under construction and only the wave pool, kiddie splash pad, and lazy river are open. That’s fine, I still think it’s a high price for what’s offered. Parking is non existant and if the spaces fill up, you’re stuck with trying to find parking in the residential area which all have signs for towing. Food was terrible. Staff is friendly but the pizza was falling apart and got couldn’t even pick up a slice. The taste was also off. I guess the pizza sauce was bad. It’s also super annoying to only be able to pay with your bracelet and not a credit card. That still can be all overlooked but the 3 stars is for the pool flooring. Guys, please fix it. the park is nice, but I've encountered a dangerous situation and witnessed some responsible employees just don't care. There's that lazy river area where you can swim on an inflatable raft. We looked for a two seated one and saw one of them swim by a boy who is responsible for taking the empty ones out of the water. He saw I needed one but just let it swim by. I had to try and grab it myself and fell into the pool accidentally. And I got patellar dislocation. I was shouting cause it's painful and could drown actually. I fixed my knee myself and got out of the water and there was no assistance of any kind. After all, I limped to a cafe with my girl and a waitress led us to a nurse. I'm grateful to these people, but I really could have drowned if I didn't know how to adress this kind of injury, so hopefully the park will think about some measures to...
