The food is very delicious, the portion sizes are standard and not overly large, and the place is beautiful. On the downside, sitting on the terrace in the evening at the end of September is already cold, and the terrace is not heated. We ordered tea, a hot dish, and dessert. They brought the tea right away (one wonders, why so fast?), but the hot dish arrived 40 minutes after we ordered! This is unacceptable; the guest freezes while waiting for warm food! Bolje da se ovaj lepi , ali dosadni hotel pozabavi činjenicom da mu u subotu uvece, 20.aprila, u Lobi baru sede TRI čoveka!! U Subotu UVEČE !? Zato što hotel NEMA večernju ponudu..ili ima - gledanje Pinka i Hepija u sobama!? Pre 40 godina od 7 hotela u Banji, svih 7 su imali živu muziku! A danas nijedan hotel u Banji - nema uveče nikakvu zabavu, niti muziku!!?? U Fontani PONEKAD ima živa muzika, ali to je obično bend koji smara i rasteruje goste, a Lobi bar bude preosvetljen kao da je operaciona sala i tako u baru bude totalno je sterilna atmosfera. Prigušite ta svetla malo! Tonanti hotel je važio uveče za najdosadniji hotel u Srbiji, sada mu je Fontana opasna konkurencija! Vrnjacka Banja je svetska banja, a ispada da neke seoske banje tipa: Lukovska ili Kuršumlijska Banja imaju više života i zabave uveče negoli Vrnjačka Banja!...

Servis was terrible, food 3/5 . Tempur gambors were cooked not fried. Beef steak was good but potatoes were cold from the fridge. They had at one point 8 waiters and nobody looked at us more then then 10 min. We had 3 different waiters in 1...
