My group of friends and I booked an indoor Pickleball court for today and when we got there, we discovered that it was a dual-use court as the previous group was playing Badminton. There was some confusion at first but afterwards we learnt that we had to lower the net ourselves.
After our session ended, we were leaving the Sports Hall when the Activesg staff confronted and demanded we put back the net back up for badminton despite us being in the last slot. We responded nicely that it was a dual-use court, however she sarcastically said that we should have just booked an outdoor court instead, felt that this was very unprofessional on her end.

Read moreI agree with Vincent. Except for the hall and swimming pool area, this place is seriously run down. The worst part about this place is the shower and toilet facilities. I wanted to use the shower after a session of table tennis.
However, when I entered the shower facility, I was shocked to see how poorly maintained it was. The cubicles were foul smelling, stained and had mold growth around the perimeter. Its evident that no one had bothered to upkeep the place.
To make things worse only 2 of the shower cubicles had water supply. Frankly, the poor and eerie looking condition of the shower facility reminded me of the movie “Saw”. I am never going back to Jurong East SC unless the management seriously looks...
Read moreRegular indoor court, but end experience was not very pleasant. My group booked pickleball for indoor, so we had to set the net ourselves since previous group was playing badminton. At the end of the day, we were told to set it back to badminton. I’m so confused, if this is DUAL-USE court, why should pickleballers set the net back to badminton net? Does badminton have higher priority in this hall? If yes, stated where? Who compensate me for the time lost in setting the net? When I tried to clarify this logic with the staff, staff said to “book outdoor courts next time”. Honestly sounds very rude to me imo. If this place isn’t pickleball friendly, just don’t even list it...
