I have been an happy amateur painter for many years and am a professional art therapist who have dabbled in, and tried out, various art courses. What Gill offers at Art out of Black is something extraordinary!

Following a process, regardless of experience, which is as comprehensive to a beginner as it is to a professional artist, mixing theory, technique, various methods, art theory and some creative fun and play, Gill makes everyone at ease.

I soooo loved and miss my time with Gill. Her little art studio was a place where time stood still for me. I only joined a class to be with some friends, never thought I would find a new passion. Love the way Gill teach as it is both reassuring and challenging at the same time. I also really appreciated all the different type of art she teaches. Loved her small 1 time workshops too. And Gill is an extremely funny lady, so we always had lots of laughs 😀 Unfortunately I have left Singapore, but I often think about my sessions at Art Out Of Black. One of the things I miss the most....
